How to Add/Edit Pharmacy Location's

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to the OneScan website and log in to your account.

  2. In the top right corner, click on "My OneScan Account".

  3. From the drop-down menu, select "Locations".

  4. You will be directed to a page where you can add new locations or edit existing ones.

Adding New Locations

  1. Click the “Add new location” button.

  2. Fill in the required fields, along with any additional information available.
    • PLEASE NOTE: "Send Email on EPCIS Receive" is available per location. This option allows for users under that location to receive emails stating you have new orders to Scan-in on OneScan. It can be enabled or disabled at any time.

  3. Once all fields are completed, click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window to save the changes, or click Cancel to discard them.

  4. The new location will now appear in the location list.

  5. To ensure changes are saved, click the Save button at the bottom right of the locations screen. Failing to do so will prevent changes from being saved.

Editing Locations

  1. Click the “Edit” button next to the location you want to modify.

  2. Update or add information as needed.
    • PLEASE NOTE: "Send Email on EPCIS Receive" is available per location. This option allows for users under that location to receive emails stating you have new orders to Scan In in OneScan. It can be enabled or disabled at any time.

  3. Once all changes are made, click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window to confirm your updates, or click Cancel to discard them.

  4. Click Save at the bottom right of the locations screen to finalize your changes. If this step is skipped, your changes will not be saved.

Deleting Locations

  1. Click the “Delete” button next to the location you wish to remove.

  2. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Ok" to confirm the deletion or "Cancel" to cancel the process.
    • If the HQ location is being deleted, ensure that you select or add a new HQ location before proceeding.

  3. Click Save at the bottom right of the locations screen to save any changes. Without this step, the changes will not be saved.

  4. If a location is deleted by mistake, you can easily re-add it by following the steps for Adding New Locations outlined above.
