Registering New Order Report Accounts

Overview

This article is about how to register new order report accounts.  

 

First Steps

  1. To begin navigate to the OneScan website.

  2. Login to the account with a valid username and password.

 

 

Register Account

  1. Retrieve Customer’s GLN value from your “Master Data” -> “Entity Location.” This does not need to be a valid GLN for portal access customers; an internal customer code/ID can be used. 

  2. Provide customer with your unique order report registration link, this will take them to the “Register” page. 

  3. Ensure customer uses the GLN value in both Customer ID and GLN field when registering.

  4. A notification will be sent to the email on the account once Support has enabled the new account.
